Cloth batchers mod. TC-4

BATCHER FOR FABRICS MOD. “TC-4” WITH CONTINUOUS DRAW AND CONSTANT TENSION OF THE FABRIC, FOR THE INSPECTION AND THE FORMATION OF BIG FABRIC ROLLS

These batchers, of the tangential type, have been purposely developed and designed for checking and forming of big rolls of delicate fabrics such as technical fabrics (fiberglass and similar).

They are indeed suitable for fabrics which, when supporting constant tension in the warp, may suffer alterations in the weft.

The rollers for the tangential rolling up are coated with special vulcanized rubber.

A particular motovariator, driven by an electronic card, constantly controls the tension of the fabric by means of a dancing roller with adjustable weight.

The batcher is provided with a device for the control of compactness of the fabric roll.
The batchers are fitted with a screen for inspection of the fabric to which may be applied a neon lamp for the check by transparence as well as a spot light with halogen lamp and with narrow light beam for inspection of the weft.

The screen is fixed to the footboard for operator passage.
