Fabric inspection lines

Inspection lines are designed for rolls of fabric of different widths and for a diameter of final rolling up until 1500 mm.
Speed of inspection varies from 0 to 100 meters/min. The machines are provided with an illuminated light diffusing of 60 cm or 100 cm height for the inspection by transparence and with one or more overhead lights for the control in direct light from top.
All machines are driven by three-phase asynchron electric motors, being controlled by inverters and synchronized in speed by means of the use of dancing gravity rollers with adjustable weight.
Alignment of the fabric is achieved by means of an oil-pneumatic device with movable truck, controlled by photocells for sensing of the fabric.

For more complex lines and for the inspection of two and three fabric bands, the alignment is achieved by means of a device with self-aligning, pneumatically controlled rollers. In each line it is possible to introduce a brush unit for cleaning of the fabric.
The lines may be served, from the unrolling side as well as from the final up rolling side, by an automatic or semiautomatic system for moving the fabric pieces.
These systems are specially designed according to the requirements of the customer and for the required specific application.
They are made up of storing areas placed upstream and downstream with regard to the inspection lines which, depending on the dimensions and characteristics of the fabric pieces, can be of three different types: mobile carpets, rolling shutter conveyors or inclined rolling planes.

Depending on the cases there are arrangements for automatic moving with electric, pneumatic or oilhydraulic control, with pushing cylinders, stopping cylinders or enabling cylinders.
The final area of conveying of fabric pieces implies the use of a semiautomatic packing machine.
It is possible to install on the inspection lines one or more video terminals for control, with keyboard for programming for a totally automatic control of supervision of all preselected and fixed functions, including the quality control of the fabrics.

These electronic appliances permit to the operator to have under control the memorized situation of types and quantities of the pieces parked in the storing areas and to perform at any moment the different operations for the following work steps, and this directly from the control boards.

Our technical department studies and designs any particular solution.
